Description:
The Melbourne Humanitarian Access Scholarship is now open for applications from around the world.This scholarship supports talented international students who have applied for asylum in Australia and wish to pursue undergraduate or graduate coursework degrees at the University of Melbourne.The scholarship covers 100% of tuition fees for the full-time duration of the course and provides a living allowance of $5,000 per year, paid in two installments. At least eight scholarships are available, each lasting one year or more, depending on the length of study.
Eligibility:
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- Be a citizen of a country other than Australia and New Zealand and not a permanent resident of Australia
- Be in Australia
- Have applied for or hold a temporary Australian humanitarian visa; or
- Have applied for a permanent Australian humanitarian visa
- Have applied for and meet the entry requirements for an Overseas Student place in an undergraduate or graduate degree by coursework
