Description: The University of Gloucestershire has officially opened its doors to international students seeking scholarship opportunities for the September 2025 intake, offering a range of tuition fee waivers across undergraduate, postgraduate, and research levels. From automatic awards to merit-based funding and even scholarships for high-performing athletes, the university’s scholarship packages are designed to make UK higher education more accessible and affordable.
Eligibility:
- Global Scholarship
-Open to new self-funded international students.
-Must be studying full-time on campus (UG/PGT) or distance learning (PGR only).
-Minimum of 2 semesters of study.
-Applies to Undergraduate, Postgraduate Taught, Masters by Research, MRes, and PhD students.
-Automatically awarded at the time of offer.
- Undergraduate Merit Scholarship
-Must be a new, self-funded international student.
-Full-time on-campus undergraduate program of at least 3 years.
-Requires strong academic grades, creative portfolio, or work experience.
-Not available to previous scholarship recipients or deferred applicants.
- Postgraduate Taught Merit Scholarship
-Available to new, full-time international PGT students.
-Minimum study of 2 semesters on campus.
-Must demonstrate academic excellence or strong portfolio/work experience.
-Not applicable to PhD or research-based master’s programs.
- Sports Global Excellence Scholarship
-For elite athletes joining UG or PGT programs.
-Must participate in high-performance sports (e.g., women’s soccer, men’s basketball, volleyball).
-Must be international, self-funded, and studying on campus full-time.
- Progression Partner Scholarship
-For students transferring from partner institutions in Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, UAE, and Vietnam.
-Must follow an agreed progression pathway.
-Open to self-funded international undergraduates studying on campus.
