Scholarship value:
- Master’s level: €1,181 per month, in addition to certain direct services.
- PhD level: €1,800 per month, in addition to certain direct services
Description: Developed by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the France Excellence Eiffel scholarship programme contributes to the education at master’s and PhD level of future international leaders and decision-makers, in both public and private sectors.It gives opportunity to the future foreign decision-makers of the private and public sectors, in priority areas of study, and encourages applicants from foreign countries up to 27 years old at master’s level, and applicants up to 32 years old at PhD level.
Paris-Saclay University accepts, supports and submits applications to Campus France.
Eligibility:
- At master’s level: international student born after March 31st 1998, in the following fields :
– Science and techniques : Biology and health, Ecological transition, Mathematics and digital, Science and engineering
– Human and social sciences : French history, language and civilization, Law and political sciences, Economics and management
-Only candidates applying for the first time and from one educational institution are eligible. The France Excellence Eiffel cannot be cumulated with any other French government scholarship. Candidates already studying in France are ineligible.
- At PhD level : international PhD student born after March 31st 1993, for a PhD program in the following fields :
– Science and techniques : Biology and health, Ecological transition, Mathematics and digital, Science and engineering
– Human and social sciences : French history, language and civilization, Law and political sciences, Economics and management
-Only candidates applying for the first time at the PhD level and from one educational institution are eligible. The France Excellence Eiffel cannot be cumulated with any other French government scholarship.
- Paris-Saclay University will prioritize master’s level applications from the following countries:
-Asia-Oceania: Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam
-Europe: any country, with special attention to applications from member universities of the EUGLOH Alliance and from Georgia and Ukraine
-North America: Canada, United States
-Latin America: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico
-North Africa and the Middle East: Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Tunisia
-Subsaharan Africa: Benin, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Madagascar, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa
