Scholarship value:
- Full fee remission for the standard full-time duration of an undergraduate degree.

The Melbourne Chancellor’s Scholarship is a prestigious award recognizing high-achieving students who have completed Australian Year 12 or the International Baccalaureate. It offers comprehensive financial support, including full tuition fee remission and living allowances, to assist students in their undergraduate studies.
Eligibility:
- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen.
- Have completed Australian Year 12 or the International Baccalaureate in Australia.
- Have applied for an undergraduate course at the University of Melbourne via VTAC for commencement in the year following completion of Year 12 or IB.
- Achieve an ATAR of at least 99.90, or
- Intend to undertake the Bachelor of Music and have achieved an ATAR of at least 99.85 with an audition score of A+, or
- Be of Indigenous Australian descent and have achieved an ATAR of at least 90.
How to apply:
No separate scholarship application is necessary. Eligible students who apply for admission to the University of Melbourne via VTAC will be automatically considered for the Melbourne Chancellor’s Scholarship.
