The Mackenzie King Scholarships were established in trust at the will of the late Right Honorable William Lyon Mackenzie King, to encourage graduate study. Two classes of Mackenzie King Scholarships are available to any graduate of a Canadian university wishing to pursue graduate studies. The Mackenzie King Scholarship, accessible to all, is open to any graduate of a Canadian university pursuing graduate studies in Canada or abroad in the field of their choice. Only one scholarship is awarded each year. In recent years, the amount of this scholarship has been $8,500, but this is subject to change. The Mackenzie King Study Abroad Scholarship is open to any graduate of a Canadian university pursuing graduate studies in the United States or the United Kingdom, in the fields of relations international or industrial relations. Four scholarships, each worth approximately $10,500, have been awarded annually in past years.

Eligibility:
